These are the best out there, you won't be disapointed at all.

You will need these too.

You will use the double hole mounts with the second offset hole toward the rear. You will also have to drill a new hole in the mount or elongate both holes, I can't remember which works. These will mount on top of the axle housing were the 2 holes are at on each side. Without the TLT mounts all the shocks out there will be too short besides the Axial shocks.

I have the Losi's on my AX and they work awesome! All I did to get a 2.75" belly height is drill a hole a little bit down from the stock back shock mounting hole. I actually drilled three different holes and picked the one that worked best. It does lay the shock down a little bit more but really seems to work well

Also the TLT mounts don't work on the front axle if you have split battery packs mounted there

Hey Grommit, can you post up some pics of your setup?

just keep in mind what works for other people may not work for you. Unless your running the same set up they may not be what your looking for.

With my set up I've found my best option so far was to get some pretty standard shocks and then went to my hardware store and bought a bunch of little springs to play around with until i got the right set up.

It also depends if you plan to run a droop or sprung set up. Ill be running a front sprung and rear droop set up. I do this so I can limit my front flex way down to keep the truck from over flexing and rolling itself, the rear will have longer shocks that are set up with a really really light internal spring but heavy oil so the rear axle does most of the flexing.

Yep...gotta get some new pics of it. Beat it pretty good yesterday at the Lunsford Gas Blast and got some more changes to make. I'll update my other thread so as not to derail this one too bad
