79 Bronco weight

anyone know how much the 4x4's weighed? I'm picking one up in Oregon next weekend and i'm not sure if a 7k lbs trailer will be enough.

Anything else anyone knows about these things? good sites for info?

Im not sure on what they weigh. But I know my 79 bronco has a gross vehicle weight of 6100 lb. so you sould be fine.

That all depends on if it is stock or not, and what engine is in it??? If it is mostly stock it probably weighs between 4900lbs and 5500lbs. If it is lifted w/ 38's and a 460, then it is probably really close to 6000lbs.

awesome, thanks guys. It has a 4" lift with some bald 35's on it, the 400 and a C6. So it looks like a regular 7k trailer should work fine :cheer:
