86 22re Loping

My 4cly is loping at least thats what I think you call it, about 400 rpm range for idle, only happens with the ac on, this is a new issue for me.
It also runs rich at idle, maybe a sign?

Check TPS with a meter, check for air leaks, check the idle air control valve. That's all I can remember at the moment. :flipoff:
