so a friend of the family owns a 95 v6 automatic runner i no right

anyways for some reason it won't shift into 4whl drive now. The light in the dash doesn't turn on and when he tries to shift it into 4whl, and it just pops out into nuetral... has anyone else had a problem similar to this with the same sort of vehicle? i am thinking that maybe the chain snapped or bond up inside of the t-case... i will have a better idea tomorrow when i got check it out but i figured i would post this up and see if anyone else had any usfull input:beer:
