99 wj Jeep Electrical issues

I am having an issue with my Jeep. I just changed the heater core and when I reconnected the battery to start it I have no power. I double checked all the Main fuse connections and everything seems good but I have no power. The battery has power and the wires that attatch to the terminals have power but I don"t have anything any where else. Anything helps!

Lock and unlock the doors with your key. Check for codes after making sure the ground cable to the block isn't loose.
