I don't have a 230v in my garage. There is one in my laundry room which seperates the house and garage but its a little further from my work area in my garage than id like. So how hard is it to tap off my dryer breaker and put a plug in the gargage?

As stated above. you have a double blank space in the lower right corner. Get a new breaker (whatever amps your welder needs) and wire it in to there.

This^^

Or put in a 60amp breaker and put in a sub-panel in the garage :awesomework:

Think the sub panel is really necessary? The Breaker box is in the garage. I wanted the outlet 3 feet from the panel.

a sub panel will save you from having to rework your panel if you ever decide to get a 220v compressor, or if you just want to add another electrical circuit. They are cheap and easy to wire.
