has anyone used ford aerostar springs w/ 4 link on a toyota? what do you think? a buddy of mine has done it and says it was good, but really squishy... i just wanted some more info and different perspectives b'cuz i'm thinkin about running it w/ 4-link for my project. It's between this and some standard leaf springs. Orrr... anyone know of any other coils that would do me better? thanks.

Crown vic cop car coils would definately be a stiffer spring rate if that's what you're after... Or maybe caprice coils... fullsize car coils would be stiffer. Maybe front springs from a 91-94 ford Explorer. They are like 400 in-lb rate.

XJ Springs seem to be a decent spring rate for a toy pickup, all depend son your truck and how much it ends weighing.
