Anyone got any recommendations? I don't care for any of these high dollar $100+ / bulb lights that are for sale these days. The lights on my rigs never seem to last long. Typically they just get shattered by branches. I'm not big on night riding, I just want something to illuminate the way during dusk trying to get off the trails. I got some $40 4Wheel Parts pieces of crap that shattered while taking them out of the box. Anyone got any suggestions? Sorry if this has been beat to death already.

Go to napa and get some. The ones i get are called eguipement lights and they are cheep but bright enough to get u home. They have a rubber case that the bulb pops out of if hit hard.

"Gt Lighting Hid Led" on face book has some neat looking junk.

THIS! I can't believe everyone isn't running these things. They seem so rugged compared to others! They have a book full of rubber housed lights to choose from and they're all very affordable.

We have four of the Hella version mounted on the back of one of the bucket trucks. After 3 years of throwing tools/cable/spools/pole hardware in the bed, all of them are intact and working. Not the brightest, but tough.

this or truck pro (where i got mine) and while youre there pick up some of the "aircraft" bulbs (kind of a combination between a "spot" and a "flood" light) and swap out the bulbs, you will have to change the bulb connectors ( one screw on and the other one plugs on) but they are the brightest most durable setup i have found for the money

truck-lite makes a pair of 7" led that have a thick plastic face they have a life of 30,000 burning hrs. and are tough as nails the military has picked them up now using them in the humvee. They will fit in early bronco, cj, tj, i havent tried a jk but you can easily make some buckets for them and not have to worry about em anymore.

I have ran these in the past as rock lights under the rig, they take a beating and are only about 12 bucks a piece. Grounded through the housing so only need to run a hot wire as well...

Yes, go to your local napa and they should have them in stock

Actually, mine didn't. They sent me across town to Traction Heavy Duty Parts who had a bunch. I live in a Po-Dunk FL town where people wouldn't know how to fix their own **** if their life depended on it though.
