Air Shock adjustment starting point

I've got Fox 14" air shocks in the front of my tube chassis buggy. They come from the factory with 200 psi (nitrogen) and 340cc of shock oil.

My frontish sprung weight (besides the tube chassis) consists of a Warn m8000, 24"x19" alum radiator, 1989 Chevy 4.3 v6 (w/o AC) and 700r4.

The front unsprung weight consists of 39.5 IROKs on 15x10 steelies w/ beadlocks, D44 w/ hydraulic ram mounted

Can anyone tell me a general PSI starting point for the front air shocks? I'd prefer not to spend all day adjusting them and having a rough starting point could be helpful. Based on the information I've provided, does anyone have a fairly similar weight that has had success with some specific PSI and oil cc specs in their air shocks?

Thank you in advance

Terry

The nitrogen pressure is determined by your ride height. Just adjust the pressure until it sits right. The oil volume will determine how stiff the shocks are and that's a trial and error thing. How long the shock is at ride height will also weigh into the final setting...If someone has a rig simillar to yours they may be able to tell you how much oil they have to get you in the ballpark.
