do you guys have an all terrain tire you prefer? i am looking at BFG AT/TAs, but would like to check out some cheaper options. i can get a set of 4 BFGs mounted and balanced for about $550 at discount tire.

I had a set of 33X12.5X15 on my TJ for almost 70K miles. They still had tread on them when I finally destroyed them on the rubicon a couple months ago.
I've also heard good things about the Toyo AT.

yea, i have heard nothing but good things about the BFGs. its probably what i am gonna go with, and you cant really beat that price, but i was just curious about the other options.

I just put 31" BFG AT's on my wife's Montero. If it weren't for price, I would have gone with MTRs, but Discount said they would beat Costco's sale price they had on the BFGs a month ago. Originally Discount had a mail-in rebate, but I told him I didn't want to deal with that crap so he gave it to me as an instant rebate. I got all 4 for just under $500 out the door.
It's almost no fun in the snow now - even in 2wd. I really had to work to get it sideways at all.
