Yup it is a pump mount... You can put the pump on either side of the engine with that bracket. As far as mounting the alternator on the passenger side you need to prvide some more info. Short pump or long pump? Either way you can walk into a local retard filled parts store and buy either setup. The brackets for a long pump setup look like this. Look it's even available in shiny chrome so you can impress the ladies in the trail...If you have a short pump you'll need these brackets. They are available in chrome too go figure, the ladies will be all over your rig after these babies go on there..
