Bracket D is the header bracket. The one pictured is a driver side version but it is available ina passenger side version too. Bracket A bolts to D in the slotted holes so you can align the pulleys correctly by sliding the alternator forward and aft. Bracket C is the tensioner, it bolts to either the upper passenger side water pump bolt or using part B to a hole in the front of the head. You can mount it pretty much anyway you need to with those parts.
