:D

And before I get into the build pics let me just say that the D60's are going in this winter I just don't have the time for Dynatrac to get me parts before I go to California in July.......

So, here is the front about ready to hang (if my damn ARB's would show up!)

And the gratuitous new tire in wheelwell shot

And the ripped off upper steering box mount I discovered during tear down (gee wonder how that happened  )

But brian thats a sheet metal diff--I would not even wory about plating the housing brad.. Just try your best to have 4 locations where the mount goes into the diff with gussets on the 2 outised mounts at the diff... All the ones I have sen that rip off the housing had no gusseting at the outter mounts...

Not much to show off today, just cut alot of junk off the frame, built johnny joints and got front x-member half done. I'll post up pics tommorrow when there is something to show!

More to come.....

:clappy: Look's like the yota is getting a face lift.:clappy: :clappy: :clappy: cant wait to see the changes since memorial day weekend:corn: :corn:

OK! I panicked just a little after building my x-member and discovering I only had about 20 degrees rotation before link bind! But decided to run with it and see if I couldn't widen the uppers somemore once it was under the rig.

I was ablle to move the uppers out about 3/4" on each side which netted me this :

Notice that is a yardstick under the driverside and the pass is on the floor!

I now have more travel available then my shox can use so :cheer: No link bind, no worries!

Everything works exactly right! :clappy:

shock towers in! If I hadn't been so lazy and cleaned the frame in the beginning I could have been on springs and front tires tonight, but oh no! any way it'll roll tomorrow (at least turn around to do the back!)
