Any electronic nerds on Hardline?

I want to run my led light bar as a strobe. I'm guessing from my limited knowledge I'll need a strobe circuit and some sort of MOSFET relay set up.
I'm way out of my league, so talk to me like I'm 3.

Are high output LED light bars able to strobe without comprimising the light itself? I don't know is why I question it. And why the hell you want one of them bright thangs to strobe anyhow, trying to give somebody a seizure?

I'm burning up at least one strobe a year and at $800 a pop for outdoor 2500 w that hurts.
Just trying to see if there is a better option

Yes I have been at fault for multiple seizures. But my insurance company has my back.

Actually that may be just what I'm looking for. I would be running multiple lights any way. I still would like a little self contained unit that flashes a bar at strobe speed though.
