I've done several with double walled sheetmetal with insualtion inside for the whole firewall, and parts of the tunnel. Having no open spots in the floor makes alot of difference too.Basicly buggys are hot in the summer, cold in the winter, and wet when it's raining. It's just the price you pay for trying to be one of the cool kids.
