Same for me on "sooner than calculated arrival time" with UPS. They just all around kick ass. More praise for UPS...I ordered a billet grill for the wives Mustang and when I saw it at the front door noticed a hole in the box. Thankfully the hardware kit was still in there(was taped to the product). The next day the UPS drive was coming through the neighborhood and stopped at the driveway while I was watchin' the dog take a dump. He asked me if the box he left yesterday was OK. I told him yea and he said well that's good, I had a claim report written up just in case you were missing anything or something was damaged. I wanna offer that guy a beer everytime I see him but don't want him getting fired either. : )
