I've had similar problems Tony... I could go on for hours about it but it turned out that this one carrier had a problem with me because I caught him turning around in my yard one day he didn't know i was home and he was spinning up the place, I politely told him theres a much easier way to do this. After a while I put together a good case with pics, dates and times and showed that this one carrier was an ass and all his substitute carriers had no issues delivering packages.. took that to the post master, to whom we'd been complaining to regularly and the issue magically disappeared and the carrier now delivers any size package without issue or muddying my yard... some people really suck... :****:
