anyone with a new baby girl!?? Trying to help out a fellow Hardliner!

Fellas... My girl just came down to garage and was telling me about all of the clothes she is cleaning out of our babies closet, they are for baby girl size infant - 12 months.. Maybe 16 months.. Anyway she was asking me if I wanted to put them on eBay, or how I wanted to sell them.. So I tell her.. " the money would be good, The headache would suck at trying to sell all of those clothes unless we did the whole lot on craigslist or eBay I guess".. Then she says, " I will let you do it so let me know". And then it hit me! I quickly tell her that I would post up here first and see if any of my HL brothas that may be having more financial troubles than we are, (we stay strapped, yes I know it's my addiction to wheeling that has a lot to do with it) .. The money would be nice. I have had a lot more than I do now, and lost it several times., last time is when I realized, after 18 months of my freedom was takin, money's not everything.. there's just Somthing about helping others that money can't buy... Maybe I'm Dum and should sell them but that's just me I guess.
Anyways if anyone has a baby girl, and may be struggling or know someone that is.. Please let me know. She's cleaning out all of the stuff today. No it's not polo and stupid **** like that, learned that lesson on my first baby. But they are nice clean clothes. post up here i can help any one. I have a buddy that just had a baby girl, I will be damned if I give it to that selfish son of a bitch, that has parents that still buy everything for their ****ed up dysfunctional family, i'd put Em in a Box in tha Walmart parking lot before j ga e them to his selfish ass.. Really trying to help some good people out.. Not a cheap ass that just doesn't want to buy their own. Ok thanks guys. :dblthumb:
 
Call some churches. They usually have needy people on a list. I know the methodist church in town has a day every month for people to come and get what they need/want
 
Don't need it, but I like the thought of helping someone on the board.

If no takers here lots of Churches help women with kids/families in need... Most will give you a receipt for tax deductions, if that's important to you, but the IRS has made that difficult the past few years.

Anyway, good on you for trying to pay it forward bro!
 
I posted same thing about a week ago. No takers. I hope your able to help someone out. I picked a family in need down the road and loaded them up. thumb.gif
 
Wait till the weather breaks and gets warmer, and let Ms. Kush have a yard sale! People love buying baby stuff.

Thanks man. Just figured I would try here, hell I talk to yall more than other buddies anyways.. Ha. I like the idea of letting someone get it that I know for sure will use it, not sell it or whatever because their "habit" or watever.. I have a hard time giving to places where I know people have their hands on stuff before the people that need it get it.. And I'm not saying anything in specific I'm just very leery of some places... I talked my dad into "adopting a family" for Christmas one year.. All I could come up with was people I was scared was going to trade the gifts for drugs.. The church pretty much had the tree with Angels on lock and helped a lot of folks. I was just thinking there might be someone here, don't get help from a church or anyone else, and could use them.
ALSO I'm not saying anyone has to be homeless, but if times are tough and it would help you out Lemme know. **** ton of clothes. Like really good, clean clothes. That will not be getting dropped off somewherewhere a lot of people are fumbling through them.. Negative. Sad that it has to be that way. Anyways I'll keep your ears open and let me know and I will get it to Ya. Even if Ya know someone that's good people I'm cool with that.

Yea , I was thinking that it might be a little bit humbling or someone may feel embarrased to say they needed it, PLEASE don't feel that way. I can assure my ass wouldnt, like i said, Ya ain't gotta be homeless. But if ur strapped or going through somthin and gotta baby girl the just Lemme know !! Please. Thanks.
 
No reason to be humble,if you need this stuff, speak up, I would. You are providing for your family, through contacts you have made. Nothing wrong with that. That's called being a man and a Father. thumb.gif
 
DUDE! I have twins coming in june. we planned for 1, but 2 are coming. wont know the sexes until feb though...
 
Having my first in May and it is a girl. Between her parents and mine there is no way we could use any more than we have but I truly appreciate the thought behind this. Like other said maybe check with some local churches and see if there are any families in need you could help out.

I have a few yard sales a year and make enough to buy some parts or pay for wheeling trips and I also think it is a standup offer to make thumb.gif

DUUUDE. Chad c'mon. FAWK NO!!! that area I'm sure is what hell will be like , but MUCH hotter. I live where Ya see all the Dum ass CL ad's. Carrollton, (villa rica, temple, Bremen) **** man I'm 40 min from Bama .. Haha. The hood I live in just happens to be hated gated and have a ski lake, and shitty golf course (so I hear) .. It's good tho; the gates for the most part keep the :JRich: red headed Afros out :****: buckhead. Pffff. Cracker I can barley afford ****.. Hell if someone was donating 24 months baby clothes i may speak up .. I'm Fukin broke, and that ain't no ****. I just try to help win I can. Picked that up in the last lil awesome Rehab I got sent to. Somthing about 18 months changes a mans way of Thinkin.. Trust me
