I've never really figured it out...supposedly it's illegal.....but somehow some shops get around the law..novelties instead of toys or something like that.....we picked up some funtime playthings at a shop right down the road from P's house. He was waiting on a Sonic delivery with the homies and we were playin in the sex shop! ;D ;D
