I am still here. I have been layin low lately. been working and trying to work on my rig a bit, also been tryin to hang with the wife a little more in the evenings..
all is good for the most part, the wife had some job issues come up yesterday, but the teachers union lawyer is working her case and hopefully things will be better soon....*FINGERS CROSSED*!

rob was at a mutual friend's house monday night helping on a cage. He said he has been off all boards, even his own. Don't know if he has a real job yet or not.
Last I heard he was a electrician on the road, then I think he came back to KS for a rodeo clown job? dunno I'donno, just what I heard. laughing

Yea I've been MIA. Started another job, quit it.... Performance based pay(remember im a newbie at the job) being forced to work 15-20 hours on little to no sleep is some BUUULLL SHIAAT! I probably averaged just about minimum wage that week, IF that... Plus bought $80 worth of tools to do the work and had to eat out several times since we were on the road in Illinois. Doubt I broke even on that gig, and still haven't seen a paycheck from them. The only way the other guys on the crew were making money is they were all tweakin out on drugs---I'm not talking smoke a lil weed because you have a shitty job, nope they were doin speed... some of the guys were averaging $250-350 a night (15-18 hour shift)... I'm not gonna do that **** so I can make a few bucks! So much for the "You'll average out at about $20 an hour"..
Other than that, I've been doing some really random **** to pay bills recently as well as hunting for and interviewing for jobs like a SOB... Computer has been pretty much off for the last few weeks or month **** it seems like forever. Things will get better, but living off credit cards is not working out at all. I'm trying to hustle as much as I can even though I'm jobless for the time being. Dammit it is frustrating when I don't want to go back to that $8 an hour dead end job I worked at in high school. FAWK. Today had an interview at Garmin, tomarrow at a place that does vinyl wraps on vehicles and other signage... I must be a ****ing retard I can't get a job for ****. SO much good college did. What a waste of money. dunno
Did just build a 4Runner cage that came out pretty cool... Dont have pics yet but will toss some up one of these days!

A friend of mine lives at Smithville lake and has a bait hut. He said the lower spillway is packed with fishermen every single day. When I talked to him the other day he said he would pay someone to $23 an hour to help with seting up hooks. That's just starting pay, once you learned the tricks and got real fast he would pay $5 more. Then you will be true ..............

College is worth it man, it just takes a while to get that first job man. I had the same problem when I graduated, interviewed for 6 months before I found a job.

Keep searching man. I promise college wasn't a waste of time. Keep a good spirit something will come along and it will be worth the wait. I promise there is plenty of good jobs.
