Beat to death ? Maybe but I could use some help?

Alright so I am pushing to finnish the buggy this spring so I can play this summer... I have a lp 60 front .... I know I know ..... I am not needing the lists of downsides to this setup.


What I am debaiting is:

1) Put it together and run it with the cryo/heat treated gears and save pennies to build a 14 or 80 front
2) convert to a Jana 76

Is the Jana 76 a patch or a legit worth while upgrade


If I do the Jana 76 I need to swap my arb 60 for an arb 70 correct?


This is going into a 600hp buggy if that helps.

if your worried about gears why not just use your outers off 60 and build with 14b center section and rcv's

600hp....Just go ahead and build/have a 14 bolt built. By the time you buy axles and everything to hold that hp you'll be money ahead to start with the 14 and 300M RCVs.

I'm running an LP60 with a Jana kit, 4.10 gears, Detroit, Yukons, Super Joints. I bet you'd be within a G of building a 14 for what I got in mine. I'll prolly never break the 76 with my 400hp...600hp...I'd be skiddish.
