Yep skill saw with the fine tooth blade. I've also used my sawzall with a metal blade. And even if it has the protective wrap still on it, go ahead an lay some masking tape down over where you plan to cut, and draw your cut line on it. 2 reasons, 1 it is easier to draw on masking tape, and two the masking tape will protect the Lexan from scratching.
