I got my DL back today. when the guy at the dmv was asking me questions, he asked about my medical card and my CDL.
Okay, I lost it but thanks for rubbing it in. then they give it back to me without a test or anything ??? Went ahead and kept my mouth shut.
thing is, not counting any chickens yet. In ks now, you get a slip of paper that serves as your license until they mail you your real laminated one in 2 weeks. anything during that 2 week period is a time for review and reason to catch their mistake. Pray for me on this one, as its about $2/hr if I keep it.

not terribly likely. I still fall asleep narcilepsy style at about 1:30 every day, whether I'm driving, operating a hoe or blade or flying a chopper. laughing1 you have to pull that duty

Lucky 2.5 years later laughing1 I didn't feel lucky with the circumstances surrounding my troubles. I only dropped 13 grand on fighting it and dealing with it and lost ten plus grand on not being able to drive for 2 years.

better lucky than good now though
