I have done several hydro assists and full hydro systems. But never from scratch and never with hydro boost brakes. I can't seem to get the system primed to get it moving through the system? Any ideas?

Check out the tech article on hydro assist. It gives step by step instructions. I'm sure some systems will take longer due to size and capacity, but they all function the same.
A big help is to fill the ram with fluid before you start. Fill it until it over flows to ensure it doesn't have any air. It made a mess, but it worked for me. I bled mine in about 10 minutes.....it was easy.

I finally got it. I had to disconnect the line from the cylinder to allow fluid to move then it went slick.
