So I finally got another Toy to build. I've been mia for awhile and after going wheeling with my roomate in is old 2a and rolling with ttf in his toyota I said fawk it; Im gonna build another toyota. And Ive been tellin Bunk the last 2 years I was going to get another wheeler. So I was craigslist'in hard and came across this runner for $1000. I get ahold of the owner and they tell me the timing chain broke. So I go over there with a trailer look it over, Find out the tensior broke(valve cover was off...they had it at a mechanic) and figured id take the chance and hope the block was still good. So I Flash 5 c-notes in front of them and they signed over the title:redneck: I Get the truck home, tear it apart and find that not only did the valve never touch the piston....i can still the cross hatching marks in the block. engine turn over like butter:cheer: So now i need to order a head gasket and timing chain and get it running. after that im gonna keep it simple so i can wheel this winter. 1" body lift....buy a used ifs lift or just crank the tbars and try and run 35's. Im gonna due gears, lock the rear and dual duals though this winter. hopefully buy summer ill be solid with 37's. but im back bitches....cant wait to be on the trails:flipoff:
