I would look real hard at backwoodslanding.com. They sell Weldbilt boats. They are stout as heck and are all welded. Weldbilts are probably one of the best values out there for aluminum boats. You can order just about any hull with a side console or center console. Then you got the G3, Triton, Alweld, Alumacraft, Polarkraft, Lund, Sea Ark, Crestliner, Tracker, Lowe, Ranger, Mirrocraft, Xtreme Boats, Excel, Xpress, War Eagle, and several others. If you are going with a center console, you will want a boat that is at least 16 feet long, 4 feet wide, all welded, and made out of at least .080 aluminum. A friend has an 1860 (18 ft x 5ft) Tacker Grizzly with a center console and a 60 horse Mercury 4 stroke. It moves along pretty good and is a solid boat.
If it were my money, I would be looking for a 1756 to an 1860 with .100 or .125 aluminum. They are heavy as hell, but take all kinds of abuse. The G3s are good boats, but I think they are a little proud of them.
