Your fuel pressure is ****ed Sy.
1. You need to replace the injection pump.
2. You need to replace the lift/fuel pump. I'd recommend a FASS Pump as they come with a lifetime warranty now.
3. I'd try cleaning the MAP sensor before replacing it. It can be removed from the intake and cleaned with carb cleaner, may fix that issue. Also check the wiring harness & connector for cuts, shorts and general dirt in the contacts.
4. I'd also try removing the Edge, clearing the codes and see if they come back w/o the Edge connected.
As long as you have these issues I wouldn't be expecting much.
Do you have the HY9 turbo? I'm not sure what year Auto's came with them but they will not make much boost as the wastegate is pre-set and not adjustable.
I'd also try the NWbomber bbs.
Just for reference my '00 with stock turbo, Smarty level 5 and 60hp injectors can hit 45psi if I mash it ... but that little turbo will not last at that pressure. The HX35 is good for about 32psi max for consistent use, so I've been told. My fuel pressure with FASS pump puts out about 22-23psi idle and about 15psi WOT.
