What is the best master cylinder/power booster setup for 1 tons on front 3/4 on rear for my yj,I dont want to go hydroboost

I think for the YJ's people run the Corvette MC, for my TJ I ran one off an 03+ Dodge Ram.

I run a 68ish vette disc brake, manual MC and I am impressed with how it works (no booster either)

how is yours mounted? did you mount it flush to the firewall?

yes, it is flush mounted on the firewall. I had to rework the stock push rod out of the booster to work with my pedal/brake light switch.

Hydroboost from a G30 van. Astro van works well also.
