got just about everything done today on the sas and started bleeding the brakes and ran into this problem..... we got them i think completely done and still no pedal and the front calipers dont do anything when you push in on the brake pedal,,,, but there is fluid getting to them??? anyone have any ideas?

chances are that if you have different calipers than you had before (like larger ones) that the master cylinder is not pushing enough fliud volume to correctly activate that calipers...

Now you can still get enough out of them to bleed the air out, but it just doesn't push enough volume to "hydraulic" the calipers.

You may want to look into a larger bore master cylinder..

this is all just a guess as I do not know exactly what vehicle you are working on and what the new parts are.

I hope it helps...

How do you "think" you have them completely done?

Did you lose all your fluid out of the MC when you did the swap? If so, you probably need to bench bleed the master cylinder.

If not and or you already did that, do you still have an LSPV? Did you bleed it?

No pedal = no fluid, or FUBAR M/C

Spongy or pedal that "pumps up" = air in the lines

Whay are you questioning if there is fluid getting to the calipers? If you bled them then you should have had fluid coming out the bleeder valves.

keep bleeding... x2

Make sure the bleeders are getting complete shut and also make sure the calipers are on the right sides. Bleeders should be at the top.

If he's using a toy diff this shouldn't be an issue if anything his master is bigger allready.
