Heyyyy Brian... what's the word on housing in Jax? Prefer a decent neighborhood but don't need to be in Ponte Vedra (wouldn't mind it tho)... What's a 1BR or 2BR apt goin for? Might have an opportunity to move back to J-Ville...

all kinds of jobs here....it is definately a buyers market right now. you should be able to find some houses pretty cheap.................well, cheap for around here.
