Broken Atlas adaptor .

Im sure some of you have pulled this stunk off .. Has any one had any luck trying to tig it back together . Or money ahead just buying a new one . I have the tools and equipment to tig and mill it back right .

Damn, did you do that at the fair race? It's probably fixable, clean it up and grind it back out smooth. If you cant fix it, i'm sure turner can haha. (Probably cheaper to buy one)

I did the same to mine right before I sold it. I thought the replacement was under $125 shipped. Need to mod it anyway with a steel ring to keep from cracking the new one as well.

Yeah I wouldn't waste your time trying to fix that. Get a new one.

Yea i have all ready made a rear support ring to be placed in the back . Im hoping that the 3/4 inch thick 7075 aluminum will be strong enough to hold it from doing this again .
