Broken Front Diff

Anybody ever broken the ring gear and pinion in rzr 800

Know a guy broke a Pinion...Welded it up. :afro:

Yup! Ive done it. If you can upgrade to a 2011 model or newer front diff. There a whole lot stronger.

Broke ring gear pinion and busted my housing.

Mines a xp though ?

Yea I broke the ring and pinion and trashed the housing on my old RZR it was a 09 800, I upgraded to the 2011+ front diff it has bigger pinion bearings and thicker housing
