i have been tossing up the idea for months....

and i have decided that i don't want to run tbi/EFI or any other fuel injection/carb setup....

i want to run propane for a couple of reasons.

one being the fact that there is basically no wiring to the entire system

two being the cost factor involved with custom wiring harness' and computer all the jazz that is associated with an engine managment system

got propanes conversion kit for a sbc is pretty expensive, so i have been thinking about buying one that came factory on some chevy truckin in canada

now for the real questions

does anyone no how much HP a stock propane system can feed?

i am going to have a block built buy a friend that owns a race shop and is a sbc god:awesomework:

when it's done and built i am even going to dyno test it:cool:

he has never built a sbc to run a pane he mostly builds monster SBC for sprint cars running almost 900 ponies:cool: as much as i would love to run one of them, tht is no were near my price range:booo:

anything special need to be done internally? low comp?cam? ect... skool me:D:beer:

i am searched a bit through google looking for info on this but have not found what i am looking for

thanks in advance
