okay, here is the fawking truck that gave me fits. They took it to a mechanics shop first. it is a later one that has the plastic master and slave cylinder. the master had cracked and started leaking. so the mechanic charged $112 for the $60 MC and over $100 to put it on (took me 15 minutes, everything is easy to get to). clutch still hard as **** and wont disengage. So I think probably a broken pressure plate, something wedged in there that is making it so you physically can't disengage it. I've had this happen twice. take it apart, nothing is wrong. everything looks perfect. I want to put it back together, but they say, nah, lets do a clutch while we are in here. put it back together after 2 days of waiting on parts, clutch is still hard as **** and feels like you are going to blow the plastic MC out again if you push any harder on the pedal. the whole time it was a slave cylinder. not blown out, but somehow galled in the little platci bore and not moving. so put a new slave on, fixed. nice, a week of my life gone forever.
isn't she pretty since the clutch is in?
okay, have been working on the shop a bit, as you may remember. trying to expand. here is the area we are expanding into. screenings and laying them down gets expensive.
going to gain considerable room when concreted.
here is the bio processor we are working on. 2 bulk tanks up on the stands, a bigger bulk in the back, a hot water heater to heat the oil to 140 deg. and the stainless process tank in the front, 200 gal at a time. you can see the pump in the foreground and the stainless piping we took out of the dairy barn.
dad's rockin pump he's putting together out of a water pump and motor he found
here are some of my tires that are in the way
here is the blacksheep on the new skins, not on hummers yet
here is the 8274 I scored for it
new wheel that's going in it, among others
the truck that I stole the blacksheep tranny out of and then sold the engine to a guy.
so that's my last week and start of this week. yea.
