So along with a full weekend of drinking and stupidity with my buddy chandler, there was some productivity. I got all the screenings put in the shop for concrete, I got another truck drug up from the back 40 to scrap, and I learned cad today. chandler has been doing it since his freshmen year of high school and just got done with his engineering degree and is moving to chicago to do a power plant job. he does it every day so he showed me the ins and outs of cad and we drew several pieces. Mainly shock tabs, tube flanges and rock rings, but got some good stuff drawn and nested. Feels like a big accomplishment because I've had it for quite some time (thanks warpig) and just now learned how to use it :spin:

Been doing it for 14 years, I drew up a ton of tabs for Paul. Need any help, LMK I can rip that **** out in no time with hard dimensions.

I have cad also, and can't use it either. I alos have this other program that I would share if anyone wanted to copy it (only to you people though not the whole world) that you put all your measurements in and it somewhat tells you how to bend your tubing. It is also great if you wnat to duplicat for a left and right side. One thing I like about it is that it will print out how a diagram on how much to cut out for notching your tube after the bend. All you do is take the print out and wrap it around the tube and trace the line and notch. The name of the programis Bend-Tech pro and it come from JMR Manufactoring.

I am to, they told me to spend some money so I did. Here is the one I have if anyone is interested in it. I always just use the measure and cut method, I am used to doing it this way so I don't use the program at all.

I am planning on coming to the fall for all. If you want I can bring you a copy then. I will be gone next week on my honeymoon so If anyone wants a copy email me at [email protected] or send me a message and I will try and get you one asap. Please don't announce to everyone because I can't get that many copies made.

Since I am not the computer wiz I have to have someone else copy it. The disc has sometype of block on it so you can'tcopy it, but I have a few more people to ask before I give up. :-\

Yea Chris has copyright protect on it, as well as when you install it on your computer it has to send a registration msg to him computer for it to work. He has it setup pretty good so people don't bootleg his ****.

I've got the software and would reccomend it. I still haven't figured out how to master out of plane bends with it though
