Calf cramp at 4:00am! YOWWZA!

I am way outta shape anymore, smoke, drink and see me needing some fitness in my life soon. If I do it remains to be seen laughing

Go to bed around midnight last night as usual. 4 hits and I get a cramp in my calf like no other. OMFG it hurt. I think I actually screamed like a chick Still hurts like a muh-fugger and I am ODing on vitamin C and potasium to help compensate for my poor diet the past 9 months.

Anyone ever have this? worse yet is a cramp in the arch or your foot. Heysus that hurts.

Every once in a great while after a long weekend of drinking and wheeling and being an idiot I catch that foot / and or calf cramp...

actually quite a bit.

I've fallen off the couch, and off the bed screaming. I usually get hammy cramps though.
Potassium and a bottle of water befor bed after a drinking binge or a long day working in the shop. It usally from dehydration for me.
