Can't find a Toyota W56 part.

I cannot find this part anywhere. None of the auto parts places have it, no Web site's have them, and Toyota can't get it without buying the entire shifter assembly for $200.

If anyone knows where one is I'd sure appreciate the help.
Tried to bend the ears back in place but it felt like they were going to break off. I'm assuming someone couldn't figure out how to take the shifter out and just ripped it out?

I bought the Trans to go in my samurai body.

That looks like the wrong part but I typed in the part number and it pulled it up. Thinking my local Toyota guy typed in the wrong part number.... going to call him back...
