Sorry, I realize I will be voted off the island, but it might be the best thing for my person right now. Not getting payed a commission in the commercial realestate market right now equal sell the Heep. I will buy or build better down the road.... This doesn't mean we can't be friends...

I just hate to see you getting SO CLOSE to having it dialed in to have to sell it. But hey, you drop that fat commision on a big listing and you can go buy a damn buggy like Matt O and the rest of the ballaz

Selling would have to be a loss, but I guess if you need money in your pocket then it doesn't matter. This sounds like one of Laura's ideas

We talked about it and it is the right thing to do right now. I will be back in the game as soon as I get my stock pile of cash back up. We will see how it goes. I have some work to do to get it ready to sell. I am going to ride the hardline forum ride and the get it ready to sell. If you know anyone that might be intrested let me know. I am not going to ask a mint for it I would just like to get a reasonable price for it.
