As everyone said, run everything off the preamp outputs (RCA) on the deck. Get a couple crossovers, and a multichannel amp (4 channel) with high and low pass filters built in for your speakers, and use the deck EQ as well. Does your deck have subwoofer preamp outputs? If so, get another mono block amp for your sub and run it off that. It should have high and low pass filters as well. That should give you decent separation for what youre trying to do. If not, you can always add crossovers later. We can chat more about it if I see you online too. Also, the "rule of thumb" for capacitors is i farad for every 1000 watts if I remember right, so depending on what youre doing, you may or may not need it. I'm more than willing to help with the install and wiring also, I should have a weekend or two off coming up soon. Ive done a few of these in my time, haha.~T.J.
