Yeah I know it's not 4 wheel drive, and all brand loyalty bs aside, this is the baddest thing a domestic car maker has put out in a long time. I want one. drool

http://www.mopar.com/dragpak/index.html

-Vehicle will be used solely for sanctioned racing or for display purposes
- Vehicle will not be operated on any public or private road or highway
- Vehicle will not be registered by Purchaser for use on public roads or highways and will not have any registration or license plate affixed to it or obtained for it
- Purchaser assumes any risks and liabilities connected with the operation and use of the vehicle

$93,307 before tax and if you want it in white, add $6700 for a different color that you have to get pre-approval from Mopar for.

I think its a badass idea to bring back true FACTORY racing like the late '50s thru the late '60s.

The Caddy CTS-V drool absolute left nut for that car. A co-worker got to drive a sedan at the MSR track in Angleton two weeks ago. He cant stop talking about it. I like the coupe, but the sedan has so much more appeal to me.

In my opinion this is the baddest domestic production car. One of the best cars in the world period.

This car is scary on the road. :****: not very much more money than the dodge and it's a streetable car. And I'm sure the dodge wouldn't run with it. The guy that bought the CTS-V above has a black ZR-1. I've ridden in each before. He owns ferraris lambos and all kinds of high dollar cars. His words are, "I gauranfuckintee you that not a one of them European cars can keep up with the ZR-1." I'm sure JRich can comment Herr. The guy is his next door neighbor here in Jasper, not the trailer park. :flipoff1:

Ive always like the CTS-Vs for a company president type vehicle...

The ZR1 is my official dream car.

Where is Jasper yall live? I stay North of there on 195 quite a bit.

Jack's collection is badass.. Being a Hitman must pay pretty well these days...

I live in curry, which is real close to browns grocery on 195.

Didnt you know the cheapest hitman in american can be found in Jasper, AL. Must be a frugal business.

"Killin is my Business Ladiessss, And BUUUSINESS is GOOOOOOD!!"

Nothing like a Browns Biscuit :****:

Isn't the CTS built on the Corvette platform? I've been out of the sports car thing for awhile and quit keeping up with them.

I'll admit that 93k is  but a factory built race car is still cool. Of course at that price and only building 70 2011 models most will probably never see track time.

Marty on the board has a 4 door ctsV it dynoed 515 HP, 505 torque to the rear wheels.

No. CTS and Vette are completely different cars from ground up.

:dblthumb: Don't know where I got that from.

I remember my days of getting to play with everybody else's expensive toys, sometimes I do miss the dealership scene. Kinda thinking about going back.

They used to be built at the same plant in bowling green, dunno if they still are tho?

Thinkin of the cadillac XLR probably...that was built in bowling green with the vettes and shared components (chassis i think) drivetrain was caddi though..

I really don't see what all the whuup whuup is over these cars. You can't put big tires on em so to me their just cars. Hell, who can't go fast on pavement, lets see what they can do on dirt.
