So, I took a couple of loads to the dump...

And it weighed in around 6250 lbs... It was way off using the single axle scale on Mountain HWY...

This weight is with me and both boys in the truck... 7320 on the way in and 6540 on the way out... I'm about 190, oldest boy is 130, and youngest is 80...

The second load was just my and the oldest boy... 7280 going in and 6480 leaving...

I never knew how much my F350 Dually weighed until I left the dump one day, fuel tank on E and just me in the cab..... 8,320lbs. :eeek:

Ford guys seem to be ALL over the place.. I don't know whether it's the scales or the driver :eeek:. I know most seem to be heavier then the Dodges though. With the exception of the Mega cab. Those things seem to stomp everything in the fatty department.

4x4 or 2wd? Older trucks are way light compared to the newer jobs.

Yeah it's an 88 4x4 SRW with a 454...

That's with 35s, lumber rack and brush guard...

Drivers side tank 1/2 full and empty on the passenger tank...

my superduty scaled at 6420 off the lot. It sits just shy of 8000 with me and half a tank of fuel now. Means Ive added 1600lbs of crap to my gay ass big truck.

Oh well, gets the job done.
