Why do people post ads on CL with phone numbers that either don't work, are out of service, or never get answered? I can see old posts maybe the phone numbers changed or broke-asses go out of service when they run out of minutes. But in the past 2 days I've called or texted on 3 ads that were posted SECONDS before I called and the posted numbers are out of service or out of minutes.
