Clod Help

I just put the motors in, and at first they were spinning, but I assume the pinion teeth weren't far enough in, so the tires weren't moving. So, I took them off and put them back on using the other mounting holes which would push them farther in. Now the thing just clicks, and doesn't move.

EDIT: I might feel really dumb here in a minute....I wonder if my battery is almost dead...

Well, even once I got the battery at full charge, then the pinions weren't onto the motors far enough, and the set screws that hold them on the motors were getting caught on the spur gear of the axle, so I had to move them farther down onto the motors, and now it works great.

It's kinda difficult when I've never done anything like this before and nothing comes with instructions.
