Been there done that. The taller front goes on the driver side. The taller rear goes on the passenger side. To be honest with you I dont think it really matters much as that slight differance in coil height makes so little differance in the tip/lean of the jeep. If you disconnect the sways, just setting a tool box on one side or the other of the rear tub will tip the jeep more that that spring height differance will.
