2006. the floods washed out the bridge and the road has been closed since. we have been getting a special use permit since then to continue our work on the trail. that is when fish and wildlife allows us to cross the streambed.As far as needing permission to ride bikes. Only because the road is tore up and their building a new bridge so there may be saftey concerns. As I said I would call first.
