crash!!!! i fixed it!!!!!

what the hell is the differences with the in tank fuel pumps listed for the 1999 chevy trucks????? i'm looking them up and there are different letters stamped on them and different part numbers for the same aplication...wtf!!!:looser:

Different depth fuel tanks for the most part. Have you tried cross reverencing the vin to the correct tank?

nope...

it's a long bed crew cab 454 so it should have the 34 gal tank right?

and my brother has a wrecked '98 with a 5.7 that i could get a pump from that is less than a year old. would that work?

the problem on my truck was a bad maf!!!:awesomework:

i prolly killed with a k&n air filter...... i prolly over oiled it the last time i cleaned it :looser:.

i swapped it out with one of our fleet trucks to test it and guess what? that fixed it!!!!:awesomework:
