I ran some BFH (Big ****in Hose) up towards the oil filler cap across towards the passenger side and then down below the frame towards the front inside of the passenger tire. Just use longer hose, route it up as high as you can in the engine bay and then stick it down as low as you can.
Helped eliminate alot of the oil that comes out that short stock hose and blows down the entire length of the truck.

Dumbasses...... that is the front driveline oiler. :flipoff: it's a diesel it is cool to have a vent tube blowin down... want a clean truck get a gasser!Not Jobless
