Looking for someone that sells cutting board material in the Chattanooga TN area. Wish it was for a buggy but not this go round, wife has a new restaurant and it's the same stuff.

What you are looking for is called UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight) plastic. You can order it from www.mcmaster.com amongst other places.

Cutting boards are made of nylon. Piedmont
Plastics is a good place to start. Uhmw is soft.

Find a guy in your area that installs solid surface counter tops and hit him up for some scraps, I posted about this stuff in General and it makes great cutting boards, doesn't scar up like plastic ones do.
