I really wanted to buy this "Quality Muffler" and dood just sent me a email about it. Location is killer and they have "flirted" with off road work ( be it on a bolt on scale for the most part ) with much success in Jasper. Its literally right across the road were 78hwy and one of the main exits to the corridor X is at too !
Anyway, thought it was interesting check this out .
" We just went to court last month and are now waiting on the judges verdict on the lease of the land. The building and evrything in it is ours of course. We can sell anything inside of the building now, but we have to wait on his verdict before we can finalize a deal on the building itself. Our lawyer assures us that it is an open and closed case because of our contract that we have with the land loard. We have already closed down and cleaned out all of our personal items. As far as Price, we are lookng to get around 45000 for evrything, that includes building, lifts, bender, welder, torch, strut compressor, and about 15000 worth of inventory. Our rent on the land is 600 a month. The judge is going to make the final decidion on what the rent is going to end up being, but we are expecting to stay about the same because it is based on surrounding property values in the area which are in the 500-700 range. This is our asking price and of course we are excepting offers. "
