WHOA!!!! Stop driving it!!!
I had my injector failure at 66K. Yeah the failed injector will pump your crankcase fuel of fuel. Then that fuel floats the oil. Then that fuel washes all your bearing real nice like. Thats about the time you wipe a bearing and have a boat anchor D-max.
I drove mine about 1.3 miles when mine failed, and the GM tech said that I should be worried about my bottom end. Maybe not now but down the road I'll have a bearing issue. That is the one thing in the back of my head that will be the nail in the coffin for my D-max. i love it, and I love no payments.
Now a better story. Clown I trade against had a buddy fill his D-max on Wednesday full of 93 octane. Then rather than drop the tank or try to siphon it. Dumped a bunch of Marvel Mystery oil in it and then proceeded to try to run it all day to get the gas out of it.

1st I'm surprised it never hydrolocked
2nd I'm surprised the injectors didn't burn up
3rd Ruined the turbo with all of that unburnt fuel flowing through it on the exhaust side
Some people are just too stupid to be living.
